Any time a cop was harassing me which has been often. That's been one of the biggest downers of the whole thing...the constant harassment from the cops.

LOL at this guy getting snippy about being asked questions, in an AMA thread, that he personally started.

Too many people gloss over the requirements to rent your own place.

Are you employed?

Do you have an address for mail?

What do you do about dentistry? Medical care?

Have you got some kind of storage or hidey hole, or do you just carry everything with you all the time?

While all maybe true, jezus fuk you are depressing.

Questions, ok...

Why not interested in sex?

What are some items you find indispensable when trying to get by on the street?

What lessons have you learned from your experience thus far?

What did you do before becoming homeless that led up to making the decision?

A car is the only reason I've been able to bear it. It's on its last legs though. Bad roommate and job insecurity issues and that led to a brief stay with a family member who didn't want me there and it just kind of snowballed from there and then once you become homeless you see who your friends really aren't. And of course society as a whole hates homeless people. And if you stand up for yourself that makes it even worse. Homeless people aren't supposed to be able to articulate things and comport themselves. I've learned more about myself and other people in these last four years than I did the rest of my years combined. It's enough to turn one into a misanthrope.

Why is it depressing? I'm just being matter-of-fact. I had my fun. I fukt Naomi when I was 13. She was a hot Texan blonde with green eyes and built like a brick chithouse. For whatever reason, she wanted me in 1989. It wasn't all downhill from there but I peaked early. What's the point of pursuing a woman when you are a middle aged cretin? There is no point. I wouldn't wish my presence on any woman. It's important to have a couple of coffee thermoses during the winter and several layers of compression clothing so you can sleep thru the night. And you have to eat enough hot food. It's relatively easy to stay warm thru the night but you have to prepare for it. If you try to go to bed cold, you won't sleep much and it's basically impossible to warm up. I've survived some really rough cold winter nights. The cold is no joke when you are homeless. I've learned that people generally suck. I mean, I knew that before becoming homeless but becoming homeless really amplified how I feel about people now. You can't trust anyone and society really truly does not like homeless people. Career problems and job insecurity probably led to it. Too many temp jobs and not saving money and not making progress in any career was probably a big impetus to becoming homeless. I didn't have any kind of emergency fund or anything at the time. Nobody's fault but mine as the song goes.

Do you sleep in your car?

What time do you wake up normally?

Do you earn any money?

How do you spend your day?

Are your parents alive and do you stay in contact with them?

Must be rough out on the streets brah, hope you are looking after yourself

Does being homeless (And I'm guessing jobless to an extent) give you any sense of enlightenment or feeling of freedom? Perhaps in the perspective of being detached from corporate/societal conformity, or maybe simply "living off the grid"?

Do you feel like you have excessive free time? If so what do you normally occupy it with.

How often do you drink and smoke?
