I found this out several years ago when I realized that I maxed out my gains within about 2 years of serious training srs. I've also looked at some studies and some calculators that show average natural gains over time and after the first run of noob gains, you're literally only able to put on like a thimble size of actual muscle tissue for every like 5 years or some chit. Almost nothing. The only thing you can actually do is try to get as lean as you can while maintaining that muscle that you already built.

Somewhat yeah. you definitely make the majority of your gains in your first 2 years, you can still improve your muscle maturity and perhaps grow a little more but its never gonna be significant. Thats why i always lol at fake natty 10 year transformation videos

Lol this thread is still going?

Just because you don't work hard in the gym and spend your time fapping to instagram models on juice and ragging on guys with bad genetics, doesn't make you cool.

You posted a pic of me at 230lbs on a dirty bulk going for strength gains. You think everyone should spend all their time at the gym just to look like a pretty boy and bodybuild? And when did I post that I would look as good as a guy juiced to the gills? Never.

"But But But you're delusional because you don't look like a juiced guy when you're natural!" Most guys on the sauce look like chit, and the ones that don't are the ones you see on instagram all the time. You wouldn't believe the amount of guys on stuff that still look like they barely life.

Lifting isn't all about aesthetics and being 8% bf. If you're sub 10% as a natty you're an idiot in the first place

Less. His pecker should be a little bit above the doorknob at 6'.

Anyway, I'm natty at 5'11 210lbs. Too much flub for a 6 pack but fairly strong. I've considered riding a bike but I don't know if it's worth it. Maybe High Grade Hullabaloo. That leaves permanent effects, right? Such as larger feet and hands or is that all bs?

lol these people trigger the hell out of until this day. Brb lifting for years looking like ****, telling me, someone who has been training for over a decade and look somewhat decent, whats possible natural and what not.

or this croud:
"This is easily attainable with hard work and dedication, Ive been lifting for 1 year and I already gained 30lbs, just wait and see"

one of my gym mates who got into weightlifting even thought that larry wheels might be natty.

You said post a picture of myself. The first one is me currently, not working out, not pump or filters. Just a regular natty still filling out XL clothing

The second picture backs up my original comment saying I looked better than the first guy you posted without ever touching a weight.

Then you went insane and said I look like chit and natties are copers. Yet you haven't provided one picture of yourself, simply because you have a horrible natty physique and are coping by saying it is because all natties look like chit in comparison to juicers.

Lmao, the scary thing is 92% of natural lifters share some kind of bizarre delusion in one way or another.

Its normal to be naive when you are new to lifting. But after 2 or 3 years of consistent training, you should have a faint idea of whats achievable. But the majority of the time, delusional natties will believe just because a person is famous, has a personal chef and trains twice a day - that is the reason they have 30lbs+ more lean body mass. I had a friend say the rock was natty lmao.

1) You look chit and fat as fuk on that pic. I admire you posting a pic of yourself currently, but it isn't helping your argument

2) you don't look better than the guy in the OP

3) I never said natties look like chit, i said they are delusional of whats achievable
