Rumor that antifa is starting the fires in Oregon?

I know Antifa is full of lunatics, but even this seems far fetched for me. Apparently, a lot of people in Oregon are saying this.

Can anyone from Oregon confirm or deny this?

I have no idea if they are doing it, but I don't think it's far-fetched at all that they would. If your goal is to destroy society than burning down buildings and killing people is a sensible strategy. They have already tried to set fire to buildings with people in them. Starting a wildfire isn't fundamentally different than that.

I live in a little hillbilly town and when the riots started all the local businesses boarded up their windows and closed down. They were so afraid of the big bad antifa communists they shut their doors and turned away paying customers for close to a week. No one showed up here ofc. The only "protesting" we had was 10-15 college age white kids and a Pacific islander lady who went out to main street for a few hours and screamed at traffic. The right clings to Boogeyman figures to push their agenda.

I was living in a red hillbilly town in CA when the protests over Floyd started. A good number of people came from out of town to protest there for some reason. A large group of locals formed in response and watched them from a nearby parking lot.

Nothing got out of hand. I was even chatting with a liquor store owner while it was going on. He'd seen the news and was armed and ready to go if it came to it. He said the protesters had started scoping out some of the businesses the night prior but they were run off.
