Solid tip for reheating boneless skinless chicken breast in microwave

Been prepping chicken breast for some time now and getting better at it. Now of course with this tip, your chicken must be cooked good, otherwise it'll be dry regardless

One thing I hated was reheating chicken at work in the microwave. It'd come out dry and tough, so I tried something new; Cutting it into strips while covering it with paper towels to slightly steam them. With this one simple trick, my chicken comes out the microwave juicy and tender, even on day 4.

Now I gotta get better at marinating to maintain flavor

I slightly undercook which works well. That and a brine.

Moisten the paper towels.
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

No need to. I just use the paper towels to give a steam effect. I also cover with splash guard, but neither is really needed tbh

I use normal power, it heats up pretty quick with just 2 minutes when you cut them into strips. No other method will work with a big piece of chicken.
