Gained 40lb since China virus

Stopped working out and been eating like a starved whale

Feelsbadman.

I powercleaned 315lb, could do 60+ pushups and ~20 pullups at the beginning of this year.

Doubt I can even do 20 pushups now Lolol.

Going back to the gym this Saturday.

Wish me luck boyo.

I was working around 70~80 hrs a week until March and turned into a fat piece of chit since I stopped working/working out.

Same happened to me, slowly getting back in to it.

Unfortunately, it can take a year to build a house, and only 1 hour to burn it down.

Yeah, it's crazy how fast things can change once you start gaining momentum (both in a positive & negative way Lol).

Miring. I store a ton of mass on my lower body when I gain weight, so I got some srs ghetto booty going on at the moment.

In my experience, people that brag about their lifts (in the manner OP is) are totally lying. If you were as strong as you say you were, (especially no avis) it wouldnt matter where you are now because you'd know that it wouldnt take you very long to get back to where you were. But of course, you couldnt be telling the truth, just doesnt seem likely to me.

It's a decent number but not mind-blowing by any means. If I were going to lie about it, I'd lie about something more impressive for my bodyweight (something like 370lb that's "actually" impressive for non-professionals but still believable).

Yes. I realize I still got muscle memory to my advantage, but it's still kinda disappointing to see how far I let myself go Lol.

If you are implying I'm frauding. I appreciate your compliment. I'll feel damn good the next time I clean 3 plates in the gym knowing how many people are impressed by it Lol.

I gained maybe 10-15lbs, but that's because I lost muscle and gained fat. Gyms here have been open since June 1 as well and I went just about every single day since they opened back up. I snapped back pretty fast. Still not as strong as I was, but not bad and I have other issues going on (alcoholism got worse) that holds me back.

-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.
