so just FYI you can lose 25lbs in 3 days.

I got a bad case of presumably salmonella poisoning, 3 days of constant diarrhea, throwing up, and barely able to eat or drink.

went from 265 just before getting sick to bottoming out at 240.

Damn mirin natural Adonis belt. Unfortunately there’s no way to train that

I used to do hanging windshield wipers.

The looks I got from people.

Not everyday you would see a seasoned citizen doing those.

BRB: I should bring them back into my ab routine....just for the mirin.

Today I hit a new low;

But during those three days I looks 1/2 my size, like someone took a needle to all of my muscles and popped them like baloons, it was crazy how deflated I became.

here was my back relaxed

and not my greatest lat spread

IDK if I will be able to even have a christmas tree anymore with how big my lower back muscles have become now.

I've heard the Adonis Belt is mostly genetic like calves. You can't train a deep V cut in the lower abdominals from what I've seen but I will try those and report back in a few months lol

15 weeks in and a bit more tan. Bodyweight still around 205-206. Been pretty free with post workout meal on Sundays, so I'll button that up here and wrap up the cut probably around 197-199.

25 lbs over last cut directly to my quads and adductors lololol

I'd drop keto tbh, especially if you're yo yoing between "no carbs and not many carbs". Carbs are highly beneficial if you actually train hard.

I’ve had great results with keto style dieting. On traditional keto, less than 20g carbs per day, I felt amazing, but flat and no pump. Targeted keto felt good too. With that, I kept carbs under 50g per day, and would have a banana pre workout. This allowed me some extra energy and a pump. I’d also burn it off during my workout and it would put me back into Ketosis. Cyclic keto was great for training and body comp. best thing I ever did. I didn’t feel as good though. I felt sluggish on weekends when I would carb up. My biggest tip would be to keep protein at 1g per pound, no more.

Interesting - if I may ask, which variant did you find to be most suited to fatloss ?

Regarding the cyclic-keto approach, how did you find this method worked for fatloss?

Also, what sort of protocol did you follow for the 'best thing you ever did' results ?

True - this is actually something I was concerned about - how much would ou recommend for a natty ?
