Cartoons that made you almost cry as a kid (or cry, you can be honest here boyos)
One I'll never, ever forget is from one of the OAT cartoons, Batman The Animated Series

Robin meets this girl with amnesia who is running from her father. Turns out her father is Clayface, but not in the sense that she was born. She was originally a part of him, and got separated and formed her own identity.
The episode has Robin trying to help her escape from Clayface, but he ultimately loses and Annie is reabsorbed by Clayface, never to be seen again. That chit was sad as fuk fam.

Batman Animated Series had incredible writing. Very well done show. That scene would make me cry today as an adult. So did/would the other shows/games I'm listing
-Avatar the Last Airbender
-Paper Mario: The Origami King had me bawling on two occasions
-The Lion King
-Bambi
-Up
-Grave of the Fireflys
-One of the Professor Layton games had me crying at the end.

When Piccolo sacrificed himself to save Gohan in Dragon Ball. Hit me in the feels, not only because Piccolo was my favorite character, but it meant that the dragon balls would disappear as well, meaning that everyone would stay dead. I was around 8 at the time, so I was too young to realize that there was no way that Toriyama would let anyone stay dead.

It’s not a cartoon but I was thinking about this in the shower today. In Men in Black II, there’s an alien who looks like a hot girl and she’s just wearing a bra and underwear. Then she pulls some dude behind a bush and eats him, and when she comes out of the bush she has a huge pregnant belly. I watched that when I was like 8 and it freaked me out so much I locked myself in the bathroom and cried.

Not that the cartoon was sad but rather it made me
so happy in so many ways when I was a little boy.
It's just so difficult to find such a good and innocent ones in these days.

I watched flintstones as an adult recently and it is a pretty mature cartoon. Deals with work stress and fear of being fired. Not that the cartoon was sad but rather it made me

Robin Hood, the cartoon. When the sheriff took that little bunny’s birthday money for taxes. The little bunny was so sad. The whole bunny family was so sad. Now I’m so so sad, again, thinking about it.

When I finally grown up and realized that should be a life of every decent man, my father had been already gone.
While he was alive we never saw eye to eye each other and I never had the chance to say him "Thank you" he truly deserved.
Well, that's what I'm gonna say to him when we meet again (hopefully in heaven.)
