So after CERB ends in Canada

you can still get 400 dollars a week for up to 26 weeks and only need 120 hours to qualify.


thats 6 months of securing that bag secured

Yea... they really don't want us to go back to work.

I'd rather not go wear a mask for 8-12 hours...

It's different if you have a high wage. But right now I have very low expenses and actually just bank savings from cerb and the chit that is coming. A little more money + wear a mask vs freedom + still meeting my financial goals... hmmm

I am rotting though...

ive applied to 5-7 jobs already and emailed my case manager that i should be good to go back to work. haven't heard from them in forever, wouldn't surprise me if almost everyone got laid off, fk still got my tools and boots at the shop

If they remove mandatory masks I will go work 60 hours a week. But PHUCK the mask. I am allergic to my own breath and sweat. Srs.

Pretty sure you can get more than $400, people are being switched to the regular EI program but with a lower hour threshold

And you’ll need to do biweekly reports, all the usual EI stuff
