Some people respond very, very well, and make ridiculous gains. Others make good gains, but aren't super remarkable. Some people are unfortunate and either have chit genetics or bunk product, they make minimal gains.

It's more likely that it is in between, but as long as you have done your research, your diet is on point, and you aren't buying fake stuff you should be okay.

My stuff is good - only 3 weeks in so obviously not massive amount of gains yet but the sex dfrive increase and obvious water retention tells me its g2g. I made decent gains nautrally I have quite a good struture/frame but I wouldnt say i have the best genetics for actual muslce building - probs a bit below average if anything- JKs gains are insane- as I said before i do defineltyt not expect to get results as good as his - if i gained half what he did in a year id consider it a great success

Bro same. My legs look thick AF from from front and side, but there are certain angles from straight behind that make me look like a "skips legday meem". Brb RDL 465x5 with twink hams

Good angle here thohttps://imgur.com/a/0h4vEv8

I don't think anyone's hams look good from the back if you don't know how to pose (I don't)

fukin horse legs man the fuk you talking about lmao. But yeah, the wider your upper back is, the worse your hams will look.

You know what though? Having a clear goal in mind makes the whole process of lifting and eating right much easier and motivating. Im sure you know the feeling, we always need something to strive for.

For sure!!
My problem is half the time I don't think about "posing" and I'll just stand there and flex my back, hams just sitting there straight and ****, legs together lmao

Doesn't look bad here, but legs certainly aren't strong from the back

Would you actively NOT-train back if you felt your hams were lagging behind? I am new to "Aesthetics" and want to make sure I start off with the right idea. I prefer having a super wide back so for me, I would continue training back HARD and also train the hams HARD.

Would you ever get to a point where you stop training back HARD because it is "big enough"?

Imo your back and side delts can never be too big, especially as a natty. Ever.
Just train legs harder

Edit: yeah I also agree with what ken-o said below. If you truly have a lagging body part, deprioritize strongest bodypart. But if you're not YEARS into serious training and flirting with natty potential (legit potential) then just focus on getting stronger and grow everywhere imo

Yes, that’s exactly what I will do. Focus on just maintaining back, and try to bring up biceps a bit and hamstrings as much as I can. My upper back is just too ridiculous right now.

Well I've been!

Stuck at 178.

Been real smokey here from wild fires. So I've dropped cardio until it clears.
Rain/showers are forecast this week.
That should wash the air.

Edit: yeah I also agree with what ken-o said below. If you truly have a lagging body part, deprioritize strongest bodypart. But if you're not YEARS into serious training and flirting with natty potential (legit potential) then just focus on getting stronger and grow everywhere imo
Generally speaking, how long would you say it takes to reach one's natty limit? I realize I'm nowhere near, having only been lifting seriously for 3 years but I'm curious. I'm happy with my physique at the moment but still working on filling out. I weigh around 209 (95kg) and still feel like I'm too lanky and weak at this weight. I think hitting the 225-230 mark (lean-ish) would be pretty solid but that's a couple years away still.
