No way I’m gonna pay $100 for him to tell me to eat popcorn, wraps, and French toast.

I did, it was worth it. You can probably google most of this stuff he has in it if you know what he has in the book, has macro break downs for everything, portion sizes, substitutes, etc. Its over 100 pages long of recipes. i rather bite the bullet and get that than sit there and try to google all of them. Im cutting for a show right now and its been a game changer. Instead of eating the textbook bland dry **** everyone does I actually look forward to meals because they taste good. Stuff you would never thought you can have on prep you can eat.

I invented his "french toast" recipe when I was an anorexic 17 years ago. It's literally just a ton of egg whites and bread (I used diet bread, the 40 cal/slice variety, so even more voluminous) with vanilla and spices
If you want to go FULL low-calorie-density, just cook a bunch of egg whites and put sugar-free jam on them wrapped up like a crepe.
But like you could also just ... not make everything artificially sweet.

I found it for free. Certainly wasn't impressed with the content considering the price tag.
Additionally, I'm pretty lazy about food prep (a huge portion of my diet is just various types of meat thrown in an Air Fryer, and some rice made in a rice cooker) - if you're like me you aren't going to be making that shyt anyway.

$100 LOL
You're an absolute fool if you actually pay that
edit: the book is find-able for free in about 5 seconds with a google search
