sometimes i cant differentiate reality with imagination(Srs)

Anyone in here have
this spikes of confusion
where u blank for seconds
and sometimes minutes after getting mixed up between what real and whats not?

I've been under anesthesia for surgery, sometimes I wonder if I am still under anesthesia and never really woke up or died during surgery and this is the after life, srs

Never had this but had bad disassociation (or DDNOS) for a bit. Was able to manage it pretty well once I understood what it was and learned "grounding techniques".

I always assumed it was just genetics.
