Stay At Home Mom Crew - We love our women who want to raise the kids & care for home

Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of hate (jealousy) for stay at home mothers. For some reason, other women especially, try to look down on stay at home mothers, as if their choice to shove a cold pop tart in their child’s mouth as a breakfast, run off to work, leaving their kid with a government babysitter, and letting them be at home for hours before they arrive home for work to put a frozen meal in the microwave as a dinner, somehow should be admired.

This thread is to show support for the Stay at home mothers out there. The women who embrace their femininity, have strong morals, are caring, take care of the kids and family, and run the house while the man provides. The children are better educated, better behaved, have better nutrition and exercise, and the home is well cared for.

If you ask me, I’d rather have a stay at home wife, than some career chasing woman that puts her career over family.

Yeah we do, they’re called public school teachers.


But yeah, it’s amazing how much women tend to be happier and a strong culture excels when women are raising children instead of chasing the dollar.

Definitely, it has to be because they’re embracing their femininity, not trying to take on (or compete with) the masculine role as the provider.

My wife is a SAHM and I admire her for doing this. It is hard work. Cooking, cleaning, and being there for our child doing online school. I would rather be at work cause that chit isn't easy. I'm just blessed to have her as my wife and having the ability to provide for my family.

Sounds like you have a good one there! I couldn’t imagine trying to rangle kids to stay focused on the computer for online learning, and then still having all the other responsibilities of running the house, that’s some hard work. Then they have to deal with the haters and jealous women trying to bring them down.

I support anyone who has a parent stay at home. I think that's great.

But you have set up a few strawmen here for some reason when you didn't have to.

You know those aren't the only two options right? Either stay at home or kid has to stay in a daycare/babysitter and eat Pop Tarts all day lmao?

My wife and I both worked while our kids were growing up and they never went to day care, had babysitters, or even rode the bus to school srs. And I cooked 75% of every meal they ever ate.

When we met, she made more money than me. My career wasn't where it is at now. Once we got married, I pushed harder to advance in my career and I was able to do that. I told her she didn't have to work anymore. We both decided it was in the best interest of our child to never set foot in a filthy daycare center.
