One step closer to achieving cardio goals..

Tracking daily progress shouldnt be an issue now. Bought this beauty for about $400 and im liking every single feature it has. Called the Garmin Instinct Sportswatch.

Fuarkk feeling hella good rm and my course starts in two weeks then I can jot down the application

This is what im born for brahs, its either 110% effort in or nothing at all and just rot. I always choose the first option

How are you brahs doing regarding following certain goals and aspirations

Who needs a tracker? Just do a specific amount of cardio for a specific amount of time specific days of the week. This isn't rocket science.
