There's soy in literally almost everything

If you check the ingredients, they use soy as a filler for so much chit. Does it have an accumulative effect in the long run? Looking at the physiognomy of men these days (soy boys), most of them look like sweet faced dweebs (srs). wtf?

do you think it's possible to reverse that sweetness in the face? That non masculine look in their eyes/face or is that too ingrained from soy?

The soyboy stuff thay soy significantly impacts testosterone levels is a meme and seems plausible mostly because 'beta' males are more likely to gravitate towards a soy based diet in the first place. It's a politicised insult not based on any real science afaik.

It isn't really that healthy in general though and is in all kinds of processed crap. Soy sauce = goat though

How you project your sight is important.
Those guys can look more masculine if they stopped smiling all the time like *******s and learn how to project their gaze in a manly, focused way.
You can tell they don't have a masculine gaze from the lack of a brow ridge. When you gaze strongly you will get muscles around your eyes and eyebrows.
This is little known by most guys. They go to gym, act tough but still have that childish look in their eyes and no motivation.
The way you look at things both literally and metaphorically is one of the most important things that make you manly.

Wow thanks for that. That's really interesting, never knew that. My mom used to tell me that same thing but I thought it was just a wive's tale, but after you telling me and the way you explained it seems legit

Yeah, it is bone. But there's a flap of muscles and skin on top of that bone and surrounding your eyes.
Also, bones change.

This.

It can't be in the ingredient list if there is no ingredient list.

Then you don’t know what you’re talking about. Soy potently increases estrogen levels which in turn lowers testosterone. As does flax and a few other things.
Remember the guy that gave up? Neither does anybody else.
