Protein is the least important macronutrient for performance, health, and physique.

Change my mind.

Also animal protein is just sheep giving money to wolves. Protein is in everything. It's not rocket science. How are you guys still falling for this Protein = manly eat m0ar proton.

I love BB forum, Merca', and all other protein enthusiasts, but I'm just sitting here eating my Michael Jackson Popcorn watching you guys get atherosclerosis, heart disease, acne, while some of you are wondering why your dink doesn't stand up in the mornings.

Any brahs know that superhuman feel? Now keep that same energy when there's a lump of steak in your system.

You aren't even close to being right

Carbohydrates are the only macronutrient that isn't required to survive

You will be unhealthy and die without Fat and Protein

Without carbs you can live completely normally.

And lol at thinking you can get quality protein from plants, enjoy your protease inhibitors and anti nutrients.

imagine thinking a species who literally evolved to what we did today by eating meat, is actually hindered by eating meat.

youll be shocked to know that one of the leading causes of heart disease and atherosclerosis is actually excess sugar intake.

Animal fats actually contain LDL which remove the HDLs from the lining of your arteries.

good luck on your heart attack goals of 2020

The brain only needs ~5g of carbs to survive, and it can metabolize that amount from protein LMAO. Which means that you can literally eat no carbs and survive. How do you think we survived through the ice age (this is where the most rapid growth in human brain development occurred btw - the diet of virtually only nutrient dense animal fat and protein is what causes brain development through essential fatty acids and animal vitamins A, D, K, etc).

Fats and proteins are the ONLY essential macronutrients. You can't live without them.

And anyone who tells you that "protein = protein" is a complete ****ing idiot. Virtually every culture globally that has had to rely on grains has resulted in small and weak people. On the flipside; the biggest and strongest people on the planet come from places like Iceland where cold climate and fertile hunting meant huge supply and reliance on fish, meat, dairy and animal fats. The Chinese went through decades eating only rice due to famine and poverty...we saw what that produced. Grains and legumes are literally peasant foods. This was known all throughout history, hence why in the medieval times the royalty got their meat and mutton whereas the peasants had to survive on whatever **** grains they could get their hands on.

I don't know how to put anything in bold but early meat-eating was done from scavenging animal remains that carnivore animals had already hunted & took what they wanted and humans ate that uncooked and raw meat which contains harmful bacteria including Salmonella, Listeria, Campylobacter and E. coli.

The fire did not come first. We were supplementing our omnivorous diets with raw plant-based sources and fruits with only a little amount of animal protein and fat needing to supplement our predominantly plant-based diet.

Do you think we just tore into animal flesh daily? That was a delicacy, just like candy. Our brains did not develop from eating raw meat. It was until we finally discovered fire and cooked our food was when brain development occurred.

Also you explain another argument perfectly in your 2nd paragraph. The rich were able to eat what they wanted, and the poor had to scavenge. In other news, the sky is blue and grass is green.

Our early ancestors did the dirty work, we developed as a species. Go back to eating raw meat and stop being a hypocrite if you want to be like your ancestors.

Also

And on top of everything you just said, there's no denying your just eating the middleman.

****ing lol

Anyone else?

ITT - OP just watched "The Game Changers" and couldn't separate the truth from the vegan propaganda.
“The Misc. is a stone-faced Uncle Sam with Popeye’s forearms and a cocked pistol in each hand. It’s a screeching bald eagle with a foreign Bad Thing in its talons. It’s everything that defines America’s bro culture, magnified and weaponized. But it’s deeper than that.“

How do you think your cells heal over time from Illness and injury dumbass? Magic?
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.
