Your lottery fantasies probably give good insight into the type of person you are

Whenever I fantasize about hitting the lottery, the first thing I think about is calling my father and telling him he can do whatever the fuk he wants to do for the rest of his life. Then I usually think about gathering my entire family together and just paying off their bills there on the spot. To be honest, I never really think about what kinda **** I'd buy or anything like that. I mean, fuk yeah if I hit the lottery I'm sure I'd buy a sweet ass house and new car and all that jazz. It just happens to be that other things come to mind first.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I also think about having weekly $500-$1,000 giveaways on the Misc and helping miscers that are truly in need.

I think of disappearing to some remote island and having pallets of beer and big bladders full of gas dropped occasionally.

Need fuel for the generator, to power my fridge, that is full of beer.

I’d need some books as well and maybe an iPad loaded with movies from the 80s/90s.

I think about buying a private island and adopting hundreds of puppies and dogs that would otherwise be euthanized. Puppy island

Would probably move to somewhere less poverty, but equally as conservative. After my F-150 Raptor and Patek Philippe collection, I'll put the money in any interest baring account and just let it ride baby. Maybe set up some charitable organizations to assist starving children so I feel purposeful.

I think of building a compound on a big plot of land so my kids can always have a small house to live in.

Then I think of taking my kids and family on all the trips I've missed.

Pay off all of my debt. Find some land in Northern FL/Southern AL, get a house built with a few acres, buy some private ponds/lakes. Since I'll be close to the ocean have a nice vacation home that I can take fishing trips from.

I'd still go to school to keep busy, dream is owning a cyber security firm so I'd be dumping money into that.

Correct. Money amplifies who you are; it doesn't change who you are.

Damn my life wouldn't change an awful lot except I would quit my job.

I'd bankroll my immediate family, and then disappear for a few months (only telling my family where I am) until it all died down.

Then I'd just basically live my life. Enjoy the world. Cultivate appreciation.

Maybe randomly help somebody in a financial bind out once in a while. Invest in somebody's dream project. Spend the money inventing something dumb.

I'd quit my job, offer double to buy my house back, update it and put a sick home gym in the basement, throw some money at my best friend so she could buy a house and become a professional do gooder. I'd also take some nice vacations and cross off locations that are on my bucket list. Of course I'd make sure my son was set for life as well.

First I wouldn’t even tell anyone. I’d make sure most of it was put away for my kids. One of my kids for sure will need some kind of assisted living one day when I die. I’m not sure about our little one yet, tho I suspect she won’t need the level of care her sister will. But I want to make sure they’re taken care of if they need it.
I’d spend chit tons on my sister so she can travel anywhere she wants before she dies. I would want to make her bucket list a reality.
All my nieces and nephews would have their college educations paid for.
