Oh I will. I need an escape lol had my brother get dropped off by two cop cars last night. Apparently he crashed his car but the cops couldn’t prove he was drinking and driving. Slightly embarrassed to even speak to neighbors due to the fact everyone was watching. He should be thankful that sushi guy was on FT with me, or I would’ve flipped out on him.

Yeaaa I don’t get it. I prefer non-filtered selfies. I only have professional photos from my previous weights lul I just don’t see the need to have them. Unless it’s for work, or for my LinkedIn profile

Cute 20 year old, hot AF on tinder. matches with me. I start a convo and she almost immediately asks for my phone number.
Once I give it to her she unmatches me. Now texting me. Says she put her profile on private so coworkers don't see her but thats BS cuz thats what I do lulz and I can still talk to matches.

I'm about to get phucked somehow aren't I?

As a woman you won't be able to properly empathize, but men can have far fewer matches which makes multiple apps reasonable.

If you want to empathize, set your profile to an average looking guy and be somewhat selective.

Not really, your instincts probably told you something was up. Similar thing happened to me before, not as clear cut but I felt uncomfortable and bailed.

I wouldn't go straight over to a girls place like that after a couple of msgs tbh. And that's why it's bonkers to me that a woman would.

Coming from a guy who uses multiple apps, it's really not that hard especially if you're constantly unmatching or stop responding with women that are not cooperative.


And yes I'm a busy guy (hence why I'm not on here as much) but I still find enough time to multitask. I want as many avenues as possible so I don't get limited to just one or two apps.

Bumble is seriously terrible for me. Hinge is far better, and the women seem much more grounded.

Bumble is that obnoxious sorority girl / frat boy vibe here. They're all superficial white valley girls. Of course they probably mostly instantly filter me out on height.

Turns out the pictures she had were 3 years old and she has a gym membership but doesn’t actually go. There was no physical attraction there for me at-all. I cut it off. Last few dates have been pretty chitty.

I’ve been speaking to a girl from work quite frequently. She seems like a nice person however she does have some mental health issues/sees a therapist. I don’t know the extent of this but would I be stupid to pursue anything with her? My instincts tell me to stay far away due to those issues.

That hasn’t been my experience with Bumble. There’s a whole variety of girls on there in my area. Problem is I think there are likely a lot of “dead” profiles that are on there that people aren’t using. Also their algorithm is weird and i suspect a lot of the active girls don’t even see my profile (I base this on having much more matches on other apps).

For me CMB was just not for me. Here in my area there’s not much variety. If you’re only into Asian girls it might be good, more power to you. Would recommend if that’s your type.

In my area CMB is almost all Asian, Bumble is mostly white.

when I did online i'd do the swipe apps on the chitter in the morning and sunday night would be message apps.
I would get 1-3 responses on the swipe apps but was usually busy at work and couldn't text so it assured I didn't over text so my texts were short and funny because they had to count.

on Sundays it was usually instant to 30 mins. response times.
guess nobody really does much on Sunday evening.

there would be times on a sunday where I was messaging 5-8 women at the same time until I lost interest or they did and would usually end up with 2-3 numbers which usually ended up with one date but occasionally dates with two women the same week.

i haven't done online in yrs and do not miss it.
