Pictures, but only if theres a frame of reference of size (other people, a car, etc). Plenty of 150lb brahs here think they look big and muscular because theres no size reference in their pics

Mirror is an accurate reflection. As said above, cameras have different apertures, etc. You can look like shiit in one pic but great in another just by using a different phone.

Professionally taken photos are probably the best bet. I look different in every mirror I stand in front of. The one in my bathroom I look like chit. The one in the hallway I look 10/10.

Mirror, but mostly because my straight from front face is good. From other angles my nose and hairline start making me look worse.

Photo is how someone who just met you sees you. The reason why you look disabled in a photo is because your eyes have adjusted to all the asymmetrical features then when they get inverted it mindfuks yourself and you suddenly notice them all

Can you read or did you just decide not to because you have ADHD? I just explained why in the bold. You are used to your face because you see it everyday in the mirror, but when it becomes inverted on a camera, all the asymmetrical features become more noticeable because you aren't used to seeing it inverted. When someone meets you, they notice these features immediately, because your face is new to them. This is where "photogenic" comes from. You don't look weird in photos, you just look weird in general but have gotten used to it.
