Garlic Sauce - Da Fug

What is the deal with Mediterranean/Gyro restaurants treating garlic sauce like its a schedule 2 drug. Everytime I go in to my local shop to get some sweet Shawarma goodness, I request additional garlic sauce. Sometimes, rarely, theyll put it in the bag. The other shop near me flat out refuses to provide any additional sauce.

Like is this **** mined in the belly of the earth?

That sauce causes massive farts and bad breath. They are helping the air quality of the world by limiting that. Just go with tzatziki then mane.

I love tzatziki. I've no problem using other sauces or spreads. But the heart wants what it wants bro. I brush my teef and I already have rip roaring protein booty blasts so I dont think thats it mang.

That sauce is SRS business. I have been to restaurants around the world and they all guard the recipe like it's original KFC chicken seasoning recipe. It's likely just yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, maybe milk and some salt. Make your own at home and disregard seditious shawarma salesmen

OP probably referring to garlic aioli or tahini sauce. Just make it at home kunt, it uses basic ingredients.

Garlic sauce is the american way of sayingTOUM

Here you go OP

I'm going to try this out soon and see how it tastes.

"It literally takes 5 ingredients to make, one of which is water! Here’s what’s in this toum sauce recipe:

Garlic. I used 1 whole head (or about 12 garlic cloves).
Kosher salt. Just 1 teaspoon
Neutral-tasting oil. 1 3/4 cup. As much as I love my extra virgin olive oils, for toum, it’s best to use something like a grapeseed oil or sunflower seed oil.
Lemon Juice. 1 lemon."

Its not an aioli or tahini bro. Aioli is a trumped up term for mayonnaise and tahini is a sesame based sauce.

Learn your sauces son.

Pollo Tropical (sorry non So-Fla brahs) does the same with their cilantro garlic sauce. But that **** is worth its weight in gold.
Are you not entertained?
