Mirko Cro Cop is the best standup fighter of all time.

Dude was an absolute beast. Can’t think of too many people that could take on prime Cro Cop standing up.

I liked his power striking style and his fight with fedor was great but did he ever beat hoost i cannot remember. I know sapp somehow beat hoost lol

i'm a huge cro cop fan but that's complete nonsense

one of the better heavyweight strikers of his era, yeah, but best all-time, all weight classes considered? no way

he was a man's man type of fighter for that era but the guys being brought up in the game nowadays are way better technical strikers. he got by because of his incredible sprawl and because guys were willing to stand in the pocket back then

Never beat Hoost.
Hoost never beat sapp. Cro cop beat him in 20 seconds.

Emelianenko lost to Matt Mitrione, Ryan Bader, had 3 straight losses to Werdum, antonio silva, and dan henderson. He also lost to kosaka from a nasty cut.

Both are great. Emelianenko had a better career. But cro cop is in a group of top fighters of all time. Fought in K-1, pride, UFC, Bellator, Rizen, etc. Was a kick boxer that turned to MMA and crushed.

Dude is a legend and always will be.

Lol at how many people come in immediately to dis Cro Cop. You can tell the small dick miscers immediately. PRIDE Cro Cop was easily one of the most entertaining fighters of the time.

Excellent fighter, no doubt, but he always fell a bit short of reaching the top spot of either sport.

Hoost losing to Sapp twice is a huge black mark on his career, but Hoost was nonetheless a multi-time champion. And those Fedor losses came at the tail end of his career (other than the Kosaka one). Fedor didn't just have a better career than Cro Cop; he was just a better overall fighter. But yes, Cro Cop was great and was one of the best. But he never quite got to be THE best, which is why I'm disagreeing with OP's title.
