Genuinely feel bad for married dudes

You lose so much if you divorce your wife.

Even if you get divorced, your life will never ever be the same if you have kids with her.

The crux of this argument is that you are to be divorced.

Many rush into marriage before theyre ready, or before theyve discovered what they truly want in a partner. Like anything worth doing, theres risk to marriage, but the reward of putting yourself out there and committing to your best friend for life is amazing.

Why do you need a government contract to commit to someone?

It's incredibly stupid to (legally) commit to something/someone for life.

I'm sure you are a very different person than who you were 10 years ago.

I don't, I do enjoy the massive tax break though, especially in CA.

Things do change, you are right. I went from thinking marriage was completely retarded to marrying my best friend.

If you cant afford to do something, dont do it. I can afford to get divorced if that were to happen, but it wont. my wife makes the same level of money I do, we have a prenup.
