Life in your 40s is much better than life in your 20s
If you're old and your peak was in your 20s you've lived a pretty bad life. Kind of like the people who peaked in high school.

If you've used your 20s right your 30's gonna be dope and yeah the 40s pipedream is on some financial freedom, banging 18-25 yr olds without paying them, give back to the community, etc, etc
but people chit on their 20s so...

i'm 40 and have to say life is good. all you have to do is stay healthy and keep leveling up, life only gets easier
the pros:
-different priorities. family>everything else
-making bank. pretty much buy what i want, when i want
-different perspective of life, so most things dont bother me
-confidence
-muscle memory and old man gains
-well networked and lots of career opportunities
the cons:
-body falling apart, sleep wrong and i get back pain for a week
-injuries take longer to recover, need more rest
-diet has to be on point. eat over maintenance for a few days and clothes get snug fast
-norwood reaper claiming his dues

Only better if you're fit with a good career, a place of your own, and no financial problems. Most men past 40 won't fit the criteria I just listed. Early 30s is probably the best time for a single male who has his act together.

I'm not there yet, but if this trend continues, I'm going to have to agree with opie, even if his sexuality is a hot debate topic on the misc.
The pros: I don't even know where to begin. Let's just say A LOT.
The cons: Reports of some Chads not liking women in their 30s. But I don't know where these Chads are. Chads I see seem to like me, even the wee little 19 year olds.

I'm 23, I'm really focused on trying to pay my home off, making sure I take care of my body, that I invest in myself, continue lifting, make smart decisions. Hope I make it one day brah.

Even learning gets harder as you get older, harder to learn a new language for example, as well as other things. The quality of life goes down in pretty much every way possible

I'm only mid 30s now but I'm expecting my 40s to rock. Should have my best physique ever. On track to break a million in the market. Salary will be stacked and since I'm already debt free life will be good.

It will be for me because I'm pursuing financial independence. NOT having to sit at a phucking desk all day and being semi geographically bound will be huge.
Actually baffles me that people so easily accept the rat race and think that retirement is an age.
I never really understood the 20s thing. The going out/party life continued for a couple years after college, but by mid 20s my friends settled down and I started feeling stuck in the routine of work, gym, eat, sleep, occasional fun things.
20s suck so may as well make money and invest it so the following decades don't follow the same path.

Late 20's is when i hit a high point in my career that allowed me to travel most of europe and central america exploring cultures and having exotic romances with the locals. going on pub crawls, hitting random clubs in finland, romania, morocco, etc living life to the fullest. this was 26 to 30.
NOW covid has shut down travel, and whats best/worst is that i've met this girl who is absolutely perfect for me, but i'm having the hardest time accepting that my bachelor/exploration days are over. Worst part is, i went out for drinks with a 22 year old last night, young hot full of glow. met up with her at 930 pm, went back to my place at 1230 am to fuk. hated EVERY minute of being around her up to the point of fuking. The misc has this infatuation with "hurrr durr young 18 to 24 year olds on tap", but i can't see how any man remotely cultured or accomplished wants to regularly spend time with that demographic, they're annoying as fuk. The 22 year old is more attractive than the 32 year old i'm seeing, but that 30minutes of fuking did NOT offset the 2 to 3 hours of inconsequential bullchit i had to hear her spew.
My money is great, my happiness is great, my freedom is great. But in all honesty i'm hating getting older because i feel like all the excitement in life is gone since i traveled so much and the only thing that seems to be left is building a life with this girl i like, and that just seems so mediocre. But then again, I find the "Dan Bilzerian" types absolutely pathetic. There is nothing more cringe than seeing a late 30s/early40s dude trying to act like he's in his 20s. No cope, just facts.

brb - look fn awesome, does take a bit longer to recover
brb - body breaking down? I'm doing my first mma fight in 4-5 weeks likely someone half my age, been training 6x a week for the last 8 months
brb - steady rotation of 18-25's
brb - passive investment income of rents, air bnb, stock market gains, anywhere from 10-25k per month

How come all miscers in their 30s and 40s are rich here?
Stock markeds, renting out stuff, all types of incomes. You had something the generation of 20 year olds (like me) don't have?
I mean, where I live, people in their 40s and 50s now could buy multiple houses 10-30 years ago. Now it is impossible. Most of them have multiple homes where they just rent them out, it's crazy. Meanwhile, my generation is strugglign to even get the finicial loan to buy a fuking 1 bedroom apartment.
