Protein Intake?

I count my calories but don't really watch protein intake, but Iw ant to experiment with upping it. Has anyone else thought they were doing fine, then purposefully upped it and been blown away?

my own experiences with protein intake are as follows: you don't need to eat 400 grams of protein a day regardless of who you are. just make sure you're getting enough to adequately recover from the workload you're putting yourself through - just enough to recover properly. what would you say your average daily protein intake is like op? if you're eating 50 grams a day and trying to lift you will surely notice an improvement jumping to say 175gs or 200gs of protons

I think its more important to ensure protein every 3ish hours for protein muscle synthesis. It doesn't have to be a ton though just make sure you get some protein every couple hours and you will be good (in before fasting retards dispute this)
