Alcohol and myself don’t mix tbh. My gym is closed Sunday. Thanks covid. I’ve already lifted 3 times this week and played hockey 3 times this week. I run a full body, hit legs with squats and leg extensions. Well I went Friday. Crushed it. Plan
Was to go today. So I got up at 8. Made it to the gym. Crushed my preworkout and took a packet of Animal Cuts. Nailed bench. Got to squats and my legs were jello from the week. But I still wanted to persist through. Then I started to feel extremely, extremely ill. Like almost pass out ill. So I literally just left the gym after squats.

It’s been the worst 4 hours of my life trying to come down from preworkout and all of that without actually lifting. I don’t want to eat, because I’m crushing a large pizza after hockey in a couple hours and I don’t want to have another drink until later.

**** me boyos, literally feel like death. I think it was a combo of alcohol still prob a little in my system, then the pre and pills. I’m a moron. Shoulda just lifted without all that preworkout junk today, especially on an empty stomach
