How's your Saturday going?

Been sitting in toilet for an hour now with an explosive burning diarrhea. Ate some cheap Indian/eastern spicy takeaway yesterday. Never again.

Also tried yoga for the first time as GF insisted for at least one time. Can barely move now even tho I thought it supposed to be easy.

Yeah not a great Saturday at all.

Got to sleep in a little bit. Going to go mow the weeds at my mini ranch and then hang out with my kid and woman all afternoon and evening should be a pretty relaxing day.

Woke up early and ran 1.5 miles. Trying to get my cardio decent. Trying to finish up The Nowhere Man book, almost done.

And watching the Tn vols later tonight and probably order a good meal to go from somewhere. Might pick up some captain morgan or something.

Went to a farm shop to buy organic raw milk and eggs, made a shake with 10 raw egg yolks, pint of raw milk and maple syrup. Cholesterolmaxxxing for the gains. Then hit the gym. Now miscing with a half leg of lamb in the oven. Got some Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla for later.
