No idea and they would never declare it but its got to be pushing the $14B-$15B mark given what they do declare. The big thing here when it comes to property in general is the way they structure the ownership of the assets, which is specifically for tax reasons. Its not unique to the US either its just common law. A lot of it is also done to raise capital for projects, so they can manage their risk more appropriately when for whatever debt security they would be providing, but also to limit liability when litigation hits.

Mark my words, nothing that is going to be reported is going to show any illegal activity at all. They would have pulled this cord already if they had it, he gets audited almost every year.

What is going to happen though is that you will see them try and spin basic accounting practices, which is typical of the industry he is in, and try to use that as an opportunity to attack his abilities as a businessman because average people dont understand these things. Its beyond fake news, its completely manufactured propaganda.

Trump has never declared personal bankruptcy, and using bankruptcy for large projects has strategic benefits for multiple reasons.
