The Charles County Sheriff's Office says 42-year-old Shawn Marshall Myers hosted a gathering of between 50 and 60 people on March 22 at his Hughesville home, in violation of Gov. Larry Hogan's prohibition on large gatherings of people that was in effect at the time.

Less than a week later, though, on March 27, officers responded to his home again for another report of a party exceeding 50 people.

Being from the general area when this happened, this guy blatently said FK U to the Republican Governor and the authorities at the time.
The area was at "Red alert" status and the cases were just starting to grow rapidly , so he didn't care and did his thing.
I think that the state made an example of him, since i have not read about another case like that at any other time of the pandemic.
Pretty much everything was closed except grocery stores and pharmacies at the time.
