-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

Looooool it's only the nerdiest of the nerdy kids that make that kind of money and have to work rough hours to stay ahead of the constantly changing tech curve. Most CS guys I know (I went to a very mediocre UG school) are making maybe $85K and basically stay there for the rest of their lives because they're codecels that don't know how to communicate or present their ideas. The only guys who make mid-six figs are either the smartest engineers at FAANG or the guys who are competent coders but also not total goobers when it comes to interacting with people.

PS: Data Analytics isn't that hard. I self taught myself Python Pandas as a CPA and use it all the time to automate my workflows and extract or cleanse data for analysis/presentations.

Dat feel when you have to write a script just to be able to buy one of the new nvidia graphics cards because every other fucer is using bots to buy them when they become available.

Not only do you need to have the money to buy one, but you also need to be able to to code.

More like 50 to 60k, if you're lucky enough to land something right out of school.

There are less dickish ways to put it but you are absolutely right. The IDEs are free and so are the tutorials.

In September I coded a simulation of wolves and rabbis mimicking their undulating populations and Asteroids.

I am 100% self taught and having a great time.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
