Eating In The Morning - How You Do Dis?

Misc. I'm really struggling eating in the morning. I'm not eating anything wild either. Its a chore to get down a bowl of oatmeal and a banana. I feel like I'm gonna upchuck halfway through. Does anyone else experience this?

Yeah tbh, I've been experiencing similar as of late. I suspect it could just be anxiety, or maybe I need something else (lighter and easier than oatmeal)
None of the above constitutes legal advice nor should be interpreted as such.

I do have anxiety but I take meds for it. I blast the oats because I hit the gym after and I want them carbs.

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

My suggestion was going to be to try to space out your food, but if you go to the gym in the AM and are trying to get calories down beforehand, that'll limit how much time you have to do that.

My "breakfast" consists normally of:
Egg Scramble or Breakfast sandwitch (main meal)
Protein bar
Banana, kiwi, and orange
Pack of tuna or salmon

The thing is though is I eat all of that over the course of like 2 hours. The protein bar, fruits, and tuna packs are all easy to take with me if I'm going into work (wfh right now but it wasnt an issue back then either).

Waking up and having water + protein bar first means I can be lazy the first 30 minutes after waking up and troll around on the internet without cooking right away too. I hate waking up and immediately having to cook in the morning before work.

I drink coffee, but this is like 2 hours before I have my first cup.

Maybe I just need to break it down and space it out. Seems like a lot of the advice is to try to stop eating a little earlier and ease up on my morning meal, which sounds reasonable.

It just went away after awhile since I adjusted to working dayshift on random days my appetite is still kind of weak in the morning but most of the time now I wake up ravenous. On days I work I eat fruit and small protein snacks to curb my hunger.

Exactly what i do when i run out of time. Mixing your oats with water and just drink iT... Goes down easily (ADD your whey as well)

I usually eat 6 eggs in the morning and drink my oats with water on the side.
