Why Don't Us Miscers Stick Together And Do This...

We always joked about MiscIsland. Why don't we actually do something similar.

Think of this. Covid Just exposed a whole lot of horsechit in our society. Absurd inflation vs. wage stagnation. Debt, cultural ruin from media/politicians/elite (****os, tik tok, onlyfans, etc), and just hard knock wagecel life.

325k for 37 acres in beautiful Wyoming. With natural river for water source.

Take 10 miscers and and each person puts up 32.5k cash. We now own 37 acres and no debt. Property taxes are $179 a month.

Each miscer gets 3 acres of land and we have a 7 acre area for community purposes.

Then you can personally do what you want in terms of housing. Build your own place, small house, yurt, etc. Everyone works together and helps each other out. Grow our own food, have our own water source, etc.

I mean half the jobs are becoming remote work at this point.

That's the thing. It isn't crazy at all. It's actually brilliant. Not saying I am because it's not really my idea, but the idea undermines the power of those instilling it on you. Instead of buying a house in a town controlled by ******* boomer crooks that make you pay $120 a month in water bills (my town), just buy land with a natural water source outside of town limits and create your own small community. It's a lot for 1 person, but each person added within it makes the cost of it almost seemingly free land.

But you're right. Getting the actual 10 people is the issue. So many people will be down until it's time for pen to paper. Then they're no where to be found.

It would almost be better to crowdfund it, buy it, then go from there.
