I agree trump should be able to nominate the SCJ.

In the same way I believe Obama should have been able to.

My view hasn’t changed. He is the president. That is his prerogative.

I’m not a fan of Obama care with its unrealistic mandates. But Joe is right that some people who are covered now won’t be if it is over turned.

Anyone with any common sense knows these debates are just to rile people up, and pit sides against one another.
