She's still attractive, just she looks like a completely different person now. The only pic where she looks noticeably bad is the one in post #29. the size of her fake lips there looks weird. The first few pics, she looks great

Of course she's still hot. She started at 9.5/10. The point is that she looked better before the surgery and because she stayed fit aging gracefully would have looked better on her. Look at pics of her a year ago. She was still Gigastacy at 40.
