I have a friend who married a Thai woman and a few months ago they invited me to dinner. She made some pork and rice dish that was spicier than what you would get at a restaurant. It made me sweat as soon as I ate it and 5 mins after I was finished I had to excuse myself and began to empty my bowels. I think I sh!t a lung and part of my kidney.

Very easy to make. Made plenty of times. Can add as much meat or whatever you want to it.

Not bad if it feeds you the whole day.

Ohy1DELF4is[/youtube
Repped. I forgot to link that video but it is a go-to way of preparing it.

Thai "street food" style plates are so tasty - my problem with some restaurants is they make it "overly sweet" for "American palates" - they say.

Within 5 miles of where I live, there's like 5+ Thai restaurants. One I usually go to gives me huge portions (usually get chicken pad Thai and Drunken noodle with beef....aka Pad Kee Mao ) that I split up into 3 to 4 meals. I always reheat it by pan frying it and adding more meat.

You should try drunken noodles, Thai beef jerky (not really jerky, it's deep fried beef) or Crying Tiger if you haven't already.

I prefer Pad Kee Mao over Pad See ewe. It's pretty much the same thing except a lot of different veggies, including basil instead of just broccoli.
