I was looking at those. That’s just a clicky tailswitch right? I think I’ll just get an OWL then.

ETA: NVM! I see that you can get the complete kit with the pressure switch. Ooooo that’s what I’m getting for my mk18. I want the micro one. It says the black is on backorder and the FDE is expected 11/15. How do you tell how long the backorder is?

We're so late to backorder game that fde or black is probably 8 to 10 weeks out. I got black. I'll maybe get an additional micro later next year.

Got some warren tactical sights in today to try. So sick of giant rear notches and massive front sights.

Got the .130 competition rear and an all black and fiber optic front. Both .115 wide.

Pretty boring actually lol but effective. The .115 front might be a little wide actually. Might grab a thinner front from Dawson but the .130 notch rear looks great.

Yea I try to use all black sights usually because I like to subscribe to Kyle Defoor’s theory about sights and shooting pistols but sometimes I find it harder for me to bring the front sight in to focus. I’ve noticed that with a fiber optic front i can focus on the front a lot easier. Just have to be careful to aim with the top edge and not the fiber dot.

Defoor days night sights are useless because you should always have a flashlight or weapon light and if it’s so dark that you can’t see the outline of your sights then it’s too dark to see the target.

I stopped with 3 dot night sights a while ago. They’re usually like .180 rear notch widths with some giant front sight anyway and it’s too difficult to take accurate shots with stuff like that.

Someone could rear end you and drive off. Front is probably adequate, and more than most people have (in US).

Good idea to use a high endurance micro SD card, not all (most aren't) cards aren't made for the serious high temperatures these can hit in the summer on the windshield, or the many many cycles of constantly recording and being written over. Samsung Pro Endurance are the best, but sandisk max endurance and endurance are good too and many people myself included have had really good success with just the green colored Samsung Evo we got on Amazon

Street Guardian branded cameras are also extremely reliable with great customer service if you need it

Beware that there are only like 3 legit 4k cameras on the marketing (Viofo, Thinkware, Blackvue) the others are marketing deception. Also beware that the 4k cameras tend to do slightly worse than the 2k/1440 or 1080 cameras (the ones with good sensors) at night because each pixel of the higher density 4k has less light to work with...or something IDK but a really good 1440/2k camera is probably the best all around for a single camera
I think one of those dual channels you linked was the one previously recommended to me (couldn't find the post). Ordered the A129 Duo.

I threaded the needle, I did not touch the guardrail and her car only got my running board, front driver wheel, and fender flare. It literally cost the insurance company more to rent me a pickup for a week during repairs than to repair mine...her car had more damage but that's not my problem. Running boards are tough apparently
friend of mine recently has someone merge into him like that, but was off a side street to the right of him. He wasn't so lucky and it totaled his car (~$2k commuter). He wasn't even mad. She had backed her car up behind the white line before the cop got there. Good thing it was completely obvious from my friend's extensive skid marks where the accident happened.

14.5 pinned is the way to go. It is noticeable over a 16. Get a BCM MK2 ELW 14.5 with whatever muzzle device you want and you can’t go wrong. Was my favorite gun until I got a MK18.

You could take the muzzle device off a 16' and clear your house to see if the length difference is going to be noticeable.
