I have bad tinnitus in one ear over last week. Diarrhea. Told wife and she said those are common symptoms. Think I'm fkn done boyos

Ears hurt when swallowing is because the Eustachian tubes run from the ears through the throat and the throat gets irritated/infected and puts pressure on the Eustachian tubes and it refers to the ears. If thats all you feel, then its a throat issue. If you get dizzy, ear drainage, appetite loss, loss of sleep, ear pain....then its an ear infection but that is less common. Gargle with Warm salt water, honey and lemon juice. Use some throat spray if you have it also

Even if it was the rona, the survival rate is good, and full recoveries are expected in most cases. After the president got sick, I admit I got a little freaked out, but doctors are saying he might get let out very soon.
What you could be feeling is just stress. Sore throats are sometimes just spontaneous and they clear up in a day.
