Was looking at houses with private beaches and realized we're all copers

Just LOL at us. I don't care to be rich and have numerous fancy cars, tons of jewelry or fame. But gawt damn am I jelly of the rich being able to afford a nice home with a private beach. The closest us plebs can get is asking our masters for permission to go on vacation for 1 week at a time. Then it's back to the grind. But imagine being able to hit a private beach 24/7?

Coming home after a hard days work, this is what the rich has access to

Joke on you. We have a house in Mexico and there is an old dude that owns part of a beach and lets us use it for 2 weeks for like 100 bucks. He has guys come out and rake it and make it look all nice every day. Like a 5 minute drive. We can do what we want when there.

If you guys spent more energy on making your goals a reality instead of complaining you might actually make it. Until then keep complaining and making up excuses why you're not going anywhere in life.

Still gotta ask boss for permission vs. Beach when you get off work Tuesday evening.

U.S. citizens can buy a house in Mexico? What about cartels?

For 350- 400K we built a three story 6 bedroom house with a rooftop deck. We also bought the lot next to us for a garden.

It's in Cancun. I am sure the Cartels have vested interest in businesses there so they don't want too much craziness chasing away Europeans and Americans.

Can confirm. Those vacations at the beach house or even boating near the beach just hit different

They say locations near water/coastlines have the highest vibration on earth, so it tends to validate that

I went to an elite tier private school (we weren’t rich). They weren’t just wealthy it was billionaire, famous artist, global land developers

Extremely wealthy people are some of the most miserable kunts on the face of the earth. Every month there was another suicide in one of the families.

They have access to everything but happiness...and that’s not a cope. I lived it and watched it play out

bro beaches cant be owned in Mexico, they are all federal land and free to use for anyone, this guy is making money for cleaning it but it isn't his lol

Also, beware of purchasing a beachfront property in Mexico, americans cant own one

Our property isn't beach front. Good to know dude is hustling us. Still nice to have it cleaned up for 100. I think maybe he owned the property you need to drive through to get to the beach, which makes it kind of private. Who knows.

This. beaches are best done via Airbnb. Give me a mountain view any day of the week though.

Well, even though it would be cool, I'll just say I doubt I would think its worth the inflated price (and I lived in San Diego for quite a while). I'd rather have the desert or mountains.

Your net worth can be less than 3.5 mil to get into a 3.5 mil house beach house.

There are beach houses all over for much cheaper too.

The real problem I see in this thread is you all are staying in your "comfort zone" which is a death sentence to life progression. The irony is that none of you like your current "comfort zones" yet you choose to stay there because its even more uncomfortable initially when you actively work on bettering your life. But once you get over that first hump of beginning something new it becomes easier and when you get to your goals you won't feel the superficial need to fill that void you've always had before.

Beach homes gonna be cheaper soon. The market has taken a big hit due to covid and people will be selling. i was at a beach house a month ago for a week and it was pretty empty on the beach compared to other years.
