Chinese women coming to America to give birth so their kids can have dual citizenship

This is kind of an old story, but not too many people are aware of how widely this practice is going on. What happens is a pregnant Chinese woman will take a "vacation" to America during her pregnancy and stays in the states until they give birth. Since US law dictates any child born on American soil automatically gets American citizenship, their kids get both American citizenship and dual Chinese citizenship.

They're breeding future spies for the communist party who can just come in years later, get a job at a defense contractor or tech firm and then steal IP secrets and give them to China, after they've gone to an ivy league school on an international F1 student visa because of affirmative action and the way these colleges are being pressured to allow more foreign students.

Citizenship is given out way too easily in the US/Canada. Too many immigrantcels coming in at this point. Chinese spies, Syrian refugees, illegal aliens etc. Governments need to focus on taking care of their people properly first before letting even more in.

Well, I Googled it and you'resortof right. But it depends on if the mother tries to settle in the US or not.

If you're born in the US, you have automatic US citizenship. But, if the mother is a Chinese national, the child also has citizenship in China.

The idea was that those families were going to be here permanently. At the time it was like a 2 month boat ride to get here and cost a fortune compared to a plane ticket today. International spies and welfare systems were not what they are now.

Ireland had that law too, had to change it in 2005 because of the sheer amount of pregnant Nigerian women that were coming here to give birth, and then they were allowed to move their whole family with them once the child was born. I mean, more power to them for abusing a loophole, but it's a retarded piece of legislation.

The current loophole being exploited is the asylum status. If you're in the country and you apply for asylum, but get refused, you can just appeal an infinite amount of times and you can't be deported till your appeal has been heard. And because you get free legal representation, there's no incentive not to keep appealing.

Usually they'll get a temp visa to stay for 6-9 months, so they might just be showing a little. But, I'm not saying they hop on the plane a week from their due date and pop out a baby as soon as they get here. It's all planned out and coordinated. Yeah, I read about this a year or so ago. There's some US territory island in the Pacific that is like a 2 hour flight from China, and basically anybody who visits it from China is a woman looking to give birth. I think people do this from all over the world, mainly so they can set up US accounts in their children's names to stash money.

US would be the worst place you would want to stash money. There's plenty of other countries that allow offshore accounts with shell companies, like Panama and the Canary Islands.

a lot of countries do it.......canada, uk, japan, australia i think most countries do it... actually idk about japan, probably not. UK people do it too when they come here, lot of UK canadian dual citizens.
