imo.. who really cares? respond when you want to. say what you want to say. try to get it the way you want

if you dont get it the way you want, just leave it be

all you can do is outline and dictate your own rules, you can't control other people

once you leave that little bubble and try to please and self-sacrifice it's gonna make you angry

Totally agree. People talk to/text who they want to talk to/text. No one is so busy they don't have 2 seconds to reply in a reasonable amount of time. If that's been her pattern the entire time then I'd take that as not interested. Granted, I'm saying this as someone who likes texting and is a pretty fast responder. We all know everyone has their phone with them at pretty much all times. People get busy, sure, but I take sparse communication as non interest.

Literally my exact situation recently. Was seeing girl all the time, talking all the time. Was going really well. Then she stops texting nearly as often, sometimes not replying at all for a day+. But when we saw each other, everything seemed okay; still had sex, she'd kiss me, etc. Then says she can't commit to dating right now. I think it's bullchit. Go NC.

Hmmmm..... I don't really know. I like texting so I'm a pretty fast responder. I also usually mirror how they text as I'm not going to text first all the time or blow up anyones phone if they're not texting me frequently. I don't string people along so if I'm not interested I just say so.

What do your dates consist of? Even if she acts interested in person, the sparse texting sounds like you're being benched or something in between dates.

I swear girls have dick ADHD. Out of sight, out of mind until she gets bored again. I am seriously losing interest in women for anything but sex. I'd never become part of the incel movement but damn I can see why they'd get pissed.

Are you paying for all that? If so, I'd say maybe she's just interested in the activities. Honestly, I'd just let it go. Don't text her again and see if she ever reaches out. If she does, I'd be honest and say that you didn't think she was interested going by her non responsiveness and see what she says.

Where are you meeting these girls? Online? If so, don't ever do anything more than coffee or a drink on a first meet. Meet at a park for a walk, do zero to very low cost things until you can decide if they're truly interested. At least that way you won't get used and jerked around.

Since then I’ve been more cautious about spending money on dates. We’ve mostly been splitting the bill so I’m not massively out of pocket but I’d still rather not spend money on a chick who’s going to ghost me
