these people are middle class and dont have criminal records
they love their friends and family
hobbies are watching tv and listening to music
have white color jobs

Perhaps because I live in the bay area, but most people who don't exercise around here are still just skinny. I don't hold it against anyone if they don't, as long as they don't pretend to talk like they know chit.

Yes it depends on who they are as a person although some slight lifting is really sortof required. I’ve had very nerdy friends in the past and didn’t judge them. Work with a wide range of smaller guys with infinite energy to lifters to bloatstrength guys. Most are average dad bod with above average strength.

Have great respect for plenty of people who don't lift or do concerted exercise, physical prowess is not the only basis for respect

Saying that a lack of it can be a basis for less respect of a certain kind
Somehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

While I might be all for "being in shape" and encouraging people to take care or their physical vessel...

I still also acknowledge some brahs put EVERYTHING into other endeavors that have nothing to do with physique and that's fine.
