anyone else hit themselves when they feel bad?

happens when I think back to the cringy things I’ve done. have gotten into the habit of banging my head against the wall. I have some white specks on my forehead from doing so. has progressed to punches to the face and pinching my leg till bruises appear. at one point I got a 10lb dumbell and dropped it on my balls; rolled around in intense pain while I was on my bed. serious

am I the only one

Ye, I have a very high IQ and it's a horrible existence so I bang my head against concrete walls to get my IQ below 200.. You can't afford to lose those points though brah..

When I was a kid (like 5-9) I would punch myself as hard as I could several times whenever I got frustrated srs. Usually in the forehead or leg. I was a dramatic little fuk. I once tied a rope around my neck like I was going to hang myself ran full force away from it while it was tethered to a post. It hurt like hell and I realized the self harm chit I was doing was retarded af.

Now I hit other things.
