What does everyone’s workout look like today? (Misc lifters)

We’re doing a bunch of overhead pressing, then probably some lying triceps and lat work.

Strict Press
75% x5
85% x3
95% xAMRAP
90%+ @ 3x3
75% xAMRAP

Lying Triceps 3-5x10+
DB Rows 3-5x10+
Pull Aparts 50+ reps

Also I just picked up a few new kettlebells at non-ripoff prices. I got 2x45’s and one 65.

Sorry no embed, on mobile.

Cardio as punishment for being a fatass and ordering Mexican food for delivery last night.

Totally worth it. But no wonder my cut is taking 3x as long.

No gym anymore boyo so I'm ripping a bodyweight routine with heavy sprints after for cardio.

If anyone has any good exercise recommendations for bodyweights, I'd love to hear 'em. Doubt my gym is opening up soon so I might go on a home gym cycle

I’d start looking for a couple of kettlebells to be honest. I’ve been telling people this for months. I think gyms are going to be intermittently closed for years to come potentially.

Probably gonna take it easy, some sets with tubes, little plyometrics, bunch of stretching.

Will do weighted stuff for my core.

Was only home for about an hour today so shoehorned in a quick upper session. Didn't even have time to set up my bench so subbed out bench press and incline

Weighted pressups 4x10
Elevated pressups 3x12
Wide grip BOR 4x10
Wide grip pullups 3x5
BB curls 2x8

Didn't have time to get in my 3rd pull (rear delt) but chit happens. Reaching tail end of a cut now so not like I'm actually progressing anyway
Somehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

only sets of 315x10 on an axle bar. I drop the weight slowly to sets 225x10+.

then do rows, pull-ups and dips

my squat rack is garbage with no safety pins so I can't do heavy back squats anymore

Got my morning walk in, going to do a 20 minute bodyweight circuit here in a few since I'm away from home this weekend and thus no weights. Probably just push ups, squats, and situps with some stretching after.

And tomorrow is ballet

Going to skip the gym today. I've had a series of bad workouts for the last week and I think some time off might help.

I havent worked out since the gym closed. I drove by the other day and all the equipment was gone, I heard the landlord couldnt afford to have them stay there without being able to pay rent.

The only thing I have going for me is chopping wood, doing push ups and chins.

Why not go buy yourself a couple of kettlebells? You can get a hell of a lot done with just one.

Full on leg and core day for me. I'm going to ride my bike to the gym for a full leg/deadlift workout, then probably ride another 20 miles after. Perfect 70 degree sunny weather, so could be one of the final truly nice days of the year.
