mace does not constitute lethal force for civilians, will be hard to prove the fellow the fired the gun had "pre meditated" the act, making it first degree. The intent of being there was probably not to kill someone.

I'll say manslaughter on it/3rd degree from what i've gathered and how courts will probably move. Idk how many shots were fired. I would like to say 2nd though, as this guy didn't have regard to human life with his actions. At least as is so far.

definitely wasn't premeditated, so I'm hoping denver is a state where they can adjust as needed?

I don’t know who’s wrong or right with that shooting because I’m dumb but I do see a lot of hypocrisy.

Was the mace guy an aggressor? Looks like he slapped the shooter and then maced him. If so I don’t see how it’s much different from that shooting in Illinois and everyone is backing that as justified. If you slap a cop and then mace him you are getting shot. I’m thinking shooting is justified and everyone is calling for a lynching just because he’s not on our side.

If the mace guy was the aggressor then That shooting is probably justified too.

agreed but people are saying the guard grabbed the protestors mace before the protestors slapped him. Honestly that seems like a plausible escalation.

Yea that obviously changes things. I don’t know all the details. Could be that the security guard was trying to be billy badass rather then walking away which seems like he could have easily done. Especially being surrounded by cops. But I dunno, people are getting crazy. November is going to be spicey.

Massively over priced unless you have a need or strong desire for ambidextrous. Also with the price of 300bo I'd skip it myself, unless it's something you really want.

the only other lower receiver I d consider is a geiselle but sold out. have you heard good things about the raidian? new brand to me.

They make the best lower. It’s super Gucci and looks badass. Not really needed over milspec but no reason not to either. I would have one if I knew how to put together lowers.

Never heard of Raidian, so can't comment on that; 300 with a silencer is nice though, so that would be pretty bad ass.

Thats a pretty cool lower. Does it come assembled?

Personally I don't see the appeal of 300 blk for anyone who likes to shoot. If you have the money go for it.

Radian doesn’t offer an assembled lower. I think they used to. But then stopped in an effort to get people to buy complete rifles. Then people freaked out and I think they started offering the stripped lowers after that.
