if you could bring up one body part of yours, what would it be?

is your left eye ok? no hate srs question.

when you started prepping for your comp, what was your weight when you started and on stage? how many weeks?

1. Definitely arms (in this pose it's flattering, but when doing a 'bicep' shot - it's legit the worst you'll ever see. Like, DYEL people have better.. serious.)
2. Bro I just have a lazy eye haha.
3. I did 6 weeks worth of prep. I was 162.72lbs when I started. I did 2 weeks worth then said "**** this, bbing is lame" - then in the last 2 weeks, my wife said "don't say you're going to do something and not do it" so I commenced the calorie deficit and ended up at 155.67. I was lean (as you can see) but not striated glutes shredded (thank god for Classic Physique)
4. I've won all my bbing comps (2 overall titles and 6 class wins) worst feeling is when I get to real stage weight. Full food focused, no libido, no sleep. Just not worth it tbh.. Only looks good ON stage and in PICS with a pump. AT this current bw, I can look good without a pump and people always mirin when I wear a wife beater or take shirt off - no homo

haha , how big are your arms?
gotcha man, thought it was just mid picture or something.

oh wow so you must be pretty lean all year around to cut so fast.

u say stage weight 155.67, you are 155 now currently though?

got a shot of the competition to post on here?

14" arms LOL. Yeaaaaaah lean but definitely NOT shredded. I'd need another 10-15lbs for straited glutes lean (not worth the performance sacrifice and feeling.. especially as a father now)

Yep. I'll post one in a sec - sorry for slow reply, just spending time with family but I'll def post.

Thanks mate ! Honestly, longevity. Plus I don't want to depend on something ya know..

Plus man, if you wear a nicely fitted shirt, you're like 95% more aesthetic than the general pop. And people respect natty's more than enhanced. I used to look up to the geared up look but now I think it's excessive and gay. No homo

Looking good OP. Also, how have you managed to keep your legs so aesthetic over the years?
