Just turned 30 but don't even feel like it.

I honestly feel like 24-25 mentally, but with enough sense to make money and set goals. Am I gonna make it?

Why would my back start hurting? Only way for that to happen is if you deadlift wrong or sit in a chair all day.

Can confirm back pains.

There's that exercise called deadbugs, and the other one when you're down in a sit up position and you lift up your hips from your ass as far up as it goes.

Those two together are pretty great for your back.

Also 30 in November.

Not really, on that incel and fearmaxx and bloatmaxx time. Lost a little wait, still a lot more to go. Hopefully i can find a sloot to smash and cuddle during winter.

You can have back pain in your lower 20s if you sit all day. I used to go to school + game afterwards.

Glute raises to strengthen your glutes + Ab exercise. I've been doing those, it definitely helps. No back pain here.

I dunno why people have this ill fixation on the number 30. A man's physical prime hits anywhere between 27-35. Shiet just look at some of the best athletes today. I'm at 29 and never felt more power in the gym than now. Op, you are feeling 25 because you are still in your best years of life, not past them.

Just turned 30 now too, october 11th

Also don't feel that age. Sounds like an adult age but i feel like i didn't get almost anything in life yet...

About back pain, recently started to feel some discomfort sleeping in certain positions. Gotta get back to lifting... Just realised how much weaker my core got in the last few months, when i did some exercices in the last two days.

I think men always feel younger at 30 because we mature slower and our appearance doesn’t age as quickly as women.

I’m 30 next year and am still out on weekends, smashing the vodka and getting hit on by teenagers.

Starting to feel a little older in an athletic sense (lost speed and agility), but not mentally.
