- Leg Day last night....wasn't in the mood
- Procrastinated in the car until 8PM so took two scoops of C4 to help me crush it
- Crushed leg day, went home, showered, got in bed
- In bed in the pitch black, wide awake, staring at the ceiling for 3 hours
- Played PS4, watched season finale of The Boys and other chit to get tired
- Chit didn't work, next thing I know it's time to get dressed and go to work
- Sleepiness kicks in on the highway driving to work.....I take 2 scoops of pre-workout again to finish the drive
- Still sleepy after my 45 minute drive to work, so I buy a large Iced Coffee from McDonalds
- Crushed coffee, still nodding 2 hours later so I murk a 20oz Coke Zero
- 45 more minutes later and I'm so sleepy I dozed off and violently bounced my head off of the stall wall as I took my AM chit

*******s here are talking about making a Starbucks run. I need caffeine recommendations. The heart palpitations haven't started yet, so I'm feeling frisky enough to try something extreme to potentially keep me up for the rest of the work day and the 45-60 minute drive home. Despite the death wish caffeine intake so far I do have a very weak caffeine tolerance and don't know chit about coffee, espresso shots and chit.

If you want a treat to help you thru the day get a Caramel Macchiato - they come hot or iced, I prefer hot. I only ever go to Starbucks when I'm in an airport or whatever both those are actually pretty yummy. Probably hell for calories but do you.
