When you get that error, usually you're trying to post a message that's too long. First, copy and paste what you're trying to post to notepad and then click 'Go Advanced'. Try posting again, and if that doesn't work, chop up what you're trying to post into multiple posts and post them one after the other.

I don't know what bbcom considers "too long" but it seems like more than a few paragraphs and I'll start getting that error message.
