Why do people buy energy drinks ?

Why dont you buy c4 pre workout 60 doses for 30 bucks.

Thats like 50 cent a day and you get free creatine

Preworkout has a little different effect than sipping on an energy drink.

I wouldn’t take my pre to wake up in the morning for my desk job. Easier to sip on a bang or something. Pre would have me wanting to get up and move around and ****. Energy drinks slowly wake me up.

Isnt the content almost same ? the pwo just has creatine and beta alanine, the caffeine content is almost same if not higher in pwo

Ya but I’m not gonna sit there and itch my head during work cause of the BA. but also, I take a pre with a thermogenic in it among a few other things. Maybe C4 is more like an energy drink than what I take though.

you can buy walmart brand caffeine pills incredibly cheap but people like drinking coffee or energy drinks.

same with nicotine, people could get it through gums, patches, cigs, esigs dip or snuff and they choose which one they like for the ritual or whatever, they dont chose by whichever is cheapest.

I also think there is a different effect if I drink coffee vs energy drink, the type of alertness i get is different. coffee feels stronger but also different. though that could be in my head too.
