My dad is about 60 and he is still hooking up with randoms quite a bit younger than him as of the other day. Absolute unit.

He's not in bad shape but not in good shape, beard, good face, long hair and probably the best personality of anyone I know. His personality alone has gotten him tons of ass.

It's much lower than people realize. It's the same for guys. Most of you have absolutely god awful standards when it comes to women in shape.

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

It levels you up as a man and women will be initially attracted to you but if you're autistic/insecure or too in your head nothing can save you.

the mistakes I see often is

A) they think more muscles equals more attraction when in reality, bodyfat % and muscle ratio is just as important if not more

B) it's the end all be all when in reality it's just a component part of many

The respect factor is the most noticeable part from having a filled out physique, comes mostly from dudes though. Having muscle + low bodyfat + high status clothes is like living in another dimension

An athletic and muscular body is just another status symbol and asset similar to an iPhone or a Rolex. What separates it from something material is it can't be bought or stolen. It has to earned through pain, sacrifice, and discipline.

Or be blessed with a big frame and be able to fill out a shirt doing some ordinary push ups.

It helps 100% and anyone thats says no is delusional

However im not talking about being a giant elephant with muscles, but a lean physique helps. No woman will look at an overweight man and say “he’s sexy”
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

This.

The problem is a lot of guys who lift is that they think their body alone gonna get them girls. They they already have a good body (probably a perfect body for women) but they neglect other things like their clothes, their hair, their skin, he way they talk to women, even their skin color (if you are too plane you are perceived as weaker), ... so they can't get girls. Then they blame it on their bodies and they keep pushing harder and harder and they get to big (aka, to bloated)...

Majority of girls don't find the rock or vin diesel, or bodybuilders atractive. Check out the sex symbols (the ones they all talk about), they are like 5'10 to 6'2'', 15-17'' arms, 8-12% BF. Good confidence, good clothing style, nice face. ALL OF THEM.

Really depends on the woman in question's type. I'm naturally built similar to Brad Pitt in fight club and have good looking face (so i've been told).

I've found that I have the highest success when I'm fairly lean, clean cut (shaved or stubble at max. on face)

Two years ago after watching vikings for the first time I got inspired to go on a bulk and grow out the beard. I didn't get fat or anything just went from around 10-12%bf to sitting around 15-17%. Gained a decent amount of muscle too. Luckily I have ok beard genetics, probably similar to Ragnar funny enough, but not great like Rollo or anything

I noticed that I couldn't just say "hey" to some cute college girl and get her panties wet. A lot of them wanted nothing to do with me

The flip side was that I was attracting some women that I hadn't before, no idea if this was coincidence or not but they seemed to all have huge tits and more of a healthy farm girl kind of build

Also attracted more party sluts/liberal sluts

Overall though, if we're playing the numbers game I have higher percentage of success when I'm lean

a lot of cope in this thread. height and face, frame are significantly more important than muscle. you can lift all you want and abuse as much OJ as possible. muscle will never compensate for bad genetics. there’s a reason why non-lifting guys still bang hot girls, cause they have good genes.

Bodybuilding matters for women in general, in the following order of importance:

1. Lower BF is good for the face.

2. Not being a fatass matters.

3. Being more confident because you know you look dope.

....................................>>>>>>>>>>>

4. Everything else. Getting looks on the beach, stronk shoulders, the minority of women that are into muscular men only etc. etc.

5. How much you can bench.
