Hit 80 lbs down since December of 2019, reps all around(255->175.8)

Crazy how it doesn't seem like that long ago I was a phucking small planet in mass.

For the first time in my life I can see the top row of my abs, never felt this great and confident.
We're all going to make it brahs.

Got some loose skin but the upper abs so it works out.
Been trying not to get self conscious about it but it's a reminder of how far I've come.

First time in my life ever having abs, it's really crazy how much my self image improved.
I got loose skin that is bugging me but after a year or two if it doesn't go away I'm either getting surgery or hopping on dat dere and filling it out with muscle.

Binge microbrews and eat like chit for 2 years while in a depression hole.

Dropping weight, 1900 cals, lift every other day.
Now I dance for an hour or two every day for cardio on top of lifting.
