Mentions renal failure from dehydration in the same video but overeating is the most dangerous aspect of bodybuilding.

Sounds legit.
Definitely not the absolutely fukking absurd amount of exogenous hormones, diuretics, etc that they are abusing their bodies with. It's the overeating that is the problem...

When I eat too much I feel sluggish
I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day every valley shall be engulfed, every hill shall be exalted and every mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plains and the crooked places will be made straight and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together.

Title is misleading. He says a number of different things for anyone who watches the video. Yes at one point he says overeating is a dangerous part of it but he also goes on to say taking drugs made in people's basements and a lack of coordinating with a doctor is extremely dangerous too.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

He's got a point. Its common knowledge Zyzz, Münzer, El Sonbaty, Piana, etc. etc. tragically died young of over eating. If only they went on a diet.

The common theme in listening to hundreds of hours of these pro interviews is that all of the guys have amazing genetics to start with. Lots of guys can use "supps" but very few will look amazing without amazing traits to start with. Hany Rambod just explained this on one of his 1.5 hour podcasts.
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

His way of putting emphasis on how dangerous overeating can be is him saying that its the most dangerous part of bb. I mean he's incorrect, but if you watch the video you will notice that he doesnt mean it literally, under context of the whole conversation he meant that its one of many dangerous factors of it.
Yeah he's a bit retarded to put it that way but people giving him **** and making a big deal out of it without even wathcing the video are equally retarded.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

as someone that suffers from binge eating i can attest to this. eating 4k-5k cals a day really puts your body through the ringer, whether you burn it off later or not, im an anorexic that purges through extreme dieitng afterwards so im no fat phuck believe me . your heart rate doubles after consuming such large quantities of food. aches and pains all over and not to mention i've probably got undiagnosed diabetes type 2 caused by the excessive eating

They all say stupid shhitt like this. In Jay's case he looks like he's still sticking himself on the regular so he needs to rationalize that by deluding himself into believing it's eating too much that's the real risk - since he doesn't take that to the same extreme anymore. Even if they come down with a disease that could be likely due to the drugs they'll deny any possibility that the drugs could have had anything to do with it until their dying day. It's cognitive dissonance and the ego/psyche's need to believe that their own decisions/actions didn't play a role in their misfortunes.

"You know you hear about the food amounts, or the drugs, or you know you're trying to develop a body. I think guys tend to overeat. I think that's themostdangerous thing honestly."

I dont think its the eating but the size. No matter how healthy your bloods are, being 300lbs and lean is a lot of stress on the heart, kidneys, and liver.

He isn’t wrong though necessarily with overeating. You guys are saying overeating and not realizing that these guys in the off-season will drop tons of oj and then on top of that eat 7-10k kcalsper day.
I probably banged your mom.

I agree.
Anyone that dies of overeating now will just be listed as a covid death so you can’t trust the data anyway. 😀

I somewhat agree although it’s impossible to prove.
His off season diet involved getting up in the middle of the night for two double burgers and fries if I recall. Then eating every hour he was awake. That’s going to fuk up your blood and liver counts royally

Agreed. I'm going through absolute hell just to maintain 180. Packing copious amounts of beef down your esophugus daily. Acid running throughout my stomach and throat. My throat's currently closing up because if it, having trouble breathing (srs).
